ECC Technologies is uniquely experienced in creating and managing open access broadband networks including the highly regarded Axcess Ontario municipal open access dark fiber network. This 200 mile, $8 million network has been nationally recognized as a role model for future networks.

We have designed and managed the construction of the network and have also developed & implemented the operational model. We are currently operating the network on behalf of Axcess Ontario.
